Every thought carries a particular vibration that carries a certain emotion. It is important to acknowledge this through the day and ask yourself, how do you feel? Are you thinking thoughts that put you in a state of wellness and abundance, or are they putting you in a state of fear and lack?

Once we become more aware of our emotions and negate all resistance coming from bad thinking patterns, we are able to create literally anything we desire. It is our emotions that connect us with source and when we are in vibrational alignment with source we are manifesting that which we are thinking.
